Seemingly unknown 7" record

Hello! I just received from my cousin this 7" record "Faultline" on Alliance Records. It was given to him by his friend who either sang on or produced the record, he cannot remember. It was 1994 or 1995. We no longer live near it, but has anyone heard of this record? Looking it up I didn't turn up anything it seems. The songs on it are Addictive Personality, Separate, Fire, and I Believe.
