He does a nice demo presentation. I'm not an SG guy but I would not spend $2600 on the Gibson unless I was an every week playing pro. Then because of the tax deduction the after tax difference in cost between the two shrinks a bit. Thanks for posting this brother BS.
If it's within one's budget, the Gibson is nice of course. But I think a good section of the consumer base is not even going to have to think twice when faced with the reality of a $1900 difference...
To be honest, with the way how that Epi looks and sounds, if I suddenly had an urge to own an SG, I think that's probably what I'd get and be pretty happy with it.
I had an SG Modern. It was incredible. If they would do it in Bluberry, there would not be any reason to justify the Gibson for me. I had sold it on to raise money for a family member. I will replace it at some point.
