as the title says:
Please show us the ones you've played today
guitars or bass - with or without amps
regardless what brand
just the one(s) you had fun with for the day (or night)

last night at band-rehearsal I had used one of my all time favourites,

the FGN Masterfield MSA-HPC, the FGN I own for the longest time (9 years)

Beautiful guitars.
I didn't take pictures last night when I was recording , but I was using my mid '80s Fender Strat ,50's style , maple neck n thin logo w 2 tone Sunburst ( I bought this way back in '94 cuz I wanted one like Buddy Holly's and years later did a Buddy Holly tribute act ) . Plus I cleaned up my '68 Gretsch Blackhawk to use in the near future . Sadly , like many from the era , the Gretsch has binding rot. Doesn't affect the sound or playability , just doesn't look pretty .

At lunchtime I was a bit cheeky and went in to a nearby store to play something. Tried out a tele acoustasonic and a red squire tele CV to compare the feel of the neck. I liked the feel of the acoustasonic, but couldn't quite get on board with the sound. Like the sounding the tele, but not the feel of the neck, even though a tele is probably the best looking solid body, IMHO. No pics in the store I'm afraid.
