    Sheraton neck vs. ES 335 Pro

    Yeah the Dot has a much fuller neck, something like a '58 or '59 while the Pro is a slim taper 'D' and the 345 a soft/medium 'C'.

    Strings,one at a time or all at once?

    I was told decades ago that by taking them off all at once you're suddenly releasing like 250 lbs of pressure on the top of the guitar - no issue if it's a solid body but semi or full hollow ? Also depends on what part of the country : Florida - humidity etc.

    Unsung v Samick

    As opposed to Epi's made in the China Qingdao factory ? Hell YES ! Over the years I owned three different model Epi's made by Samick - all dogs ! I own 2 ES 335 Pro's, a 345 and a Les Paul Tribute + all made in China and once upgraded (pups & Harness ) beat my old Gibson's which cost 3-5x's more.
