Epi line modern 2020 pup question
Interesting how many don't like phase switching. Brian May is a good example of the out of phase sound. It works when 2 pups are used together, out of phase from each other. This is my modded Epi LP Special I P90. No longer P90(60-cycle hum drives me nuts; replaced with GFS Soapbar 180s). Tuners are locking Sperzel style from GFS. Upgrading Tuners
I put locking tuners from GFS on my LP. They're the Sperzel style. Cheap and effective. They help, somewhat, with tuning stability, but I like them for quick string changes.- davidchagrin
