I looooooooove the look of relic'd guitars, whether it be artificial or genuine relicing that happens over a lot of time. You did an absolutely fantastic job, but even the look of it brand new was great so the guitar's a winner either way :)

Yeah if it ain't Japanese made, avoid it. Also note where it's shipping from as lot of them are actually shipping from Japan which means fairly huge import fees.
So even though the price and shipping might seem low, when that guitar shows up at your doorstep there could be a surprising fee to pay.
Put a 59 in the neck in my first guitar, which was an Epiphone LP Classic, and I'll admit it was pretty muddy sounding. Keep in mind that I did not have the best gear at the time.
Just came across the fact that this online retailer sells guitars now! While they may be copies and clones, the pictures do make the models look damn convincing!
