Would a 2002 Unsung Korean Explorer have a stamped serial number or printed on a decal?

I could have a few weeks ago. The serial number was on a decal, I've since stripped and refinished the guitar. There were no stampings anywhere on the guitar. I should have taken a photo of the serial number, I remember it started with U2. Before the refinish I looked it up and found it was a 2002 from the Unsung plant.

I've never seen any Unsung serial# on a sticker

only Samick made €pis had those paper stickers in the first years

Judging by the condition, I'm pretty sure it went as a 2nd. There was some paint damage that made it look like the guitar was cracked.
