Bloo, the Subaru, has the filler door on the passenger side so that's no guarantee either.
The arrow "should" keep you from being Karen at the Costco fuel island stretching the hose over the top of your car and standing in the pass thru lane like we encountered yesterday. "Gee, I wonder why people line up for certain pumps." At least she pulled through to the far side to let someone use the near side pump?
I do that move all the time but I get right up against the pump so I'm not standing outside the paint. I find the driver side pumps always have longer wait so I hit the passenger side and throw the hose over the bed.

Yesterday, as with most of the times we've gone, it was the opposite. Fewer passenger side cars. When it's not like that, it's completely slammed.

Fuel isn't one of those things I let get too low that I have to get gas right this instant. Usually, and especially on road trips, I start looking at about a half tank and have filled it well before I get to 1/4. SWMBO, in town, will run it down to 1/4 before she stops. Maddening.

Back to the stickers, it's an Epiphone, not a time capsule. Inspector #142 doesn't need recognition in perpetuity.

My 3 Epis are all second hand and the labels had been removed before I got them.
However, being an ex-signwriter, I would have had them off in a flash with particular attention to residual adhesive.
I have a personal vendetta against residual adhesive where-ever it shows it's ugly, dirty, sticky, slimy face!!!

Random thought - but how many people here remove the labels on the back of the guitar (i.e. among others, the "Made in XXXXX", "Handcrafted in China", "QC", "Not household trash" and "100% Inspected and Setup in the USA" labels).

I try to keep the stickers on recordings...
If I ever bought a new guitar I'd have a hard time taking them off or discarding them...I'd probably keep them in the case, somehow reusable.

I take them off. I am not into stickers on guitars. Its not that I am embarrassed that it is made in China, quite the opposite with the work they are doing, but I just don’t want to see all that garbage on the back of my neck.

I do keep the Custom Shop stickers on them since they are mostly opaque and have something really relevant to do with the guitars.

I was never a big fan of the big orange stickers in the F holes of my semi-hollows either, in fact on one of my seconds I just put a dark sticker inside that covered it up.

To me the whole sticker thing is like bringing home furniture and leaving the tags on them.

I'm on wait list for a Casino and have been hoping there won't be any bright colored stickers in the f hole. Good idea on covering them with a darker sticker.

Perhaps something like this?

I use these on overly bright LED displays. It would probably do the trick to hide the sticker, but allow someone to shine a strong enough light and see the sticker if desired.

Always. First thing. Followed by a dose of Goo Gone to remove any trace.

On stickers: The onliest guitar I ever got with a sticker on it was my Sheraton - and that was the S/N, so it stayed.

On gambling tokens (what a silly ban......): Philadelphia Luthier Supply will make you one with whatever you want.

On gas caps: The best I ever encountered was on my Triumph Spitfire; it was between the trunk (excuse me - the 'boot") and the roof (oops, "hood"), centered side-to-side, so I could reach it equally facing either direction. Second best was those '60s cars where you flipped the rear license plate down to get to it.
