Ok thanks for the info, it will get a close inspection upon arrival and the propper photos will be taken, i'm no expert on Epiphones at all but this one spoked to me like the Historics i have bought before and i pretty much trust my gut on this things.

Yes it does, maybe it was a honest mistake on the sellers part, it does says Standard Pro on the TRC

Looks like a Standard Plus Top Pro to me. I can't really see the volute clearly in the photo, maybe it's a shadow that you're all seeing? Tuner system is an add on, sure, nice upgrade maybe. Looks killer to me, I don't think it's a fake at all.

That looks to be a Standard Pro in my opinion. I have one just like it in black. Doesn't have the tuner, but everything else looks the same, including pickups.

Just looked at my standard pro....no volute. None on any of my Epi's for that matter.

My Standard Pro from late 2012 is definitely without a volute.

No,

it is in general not a common thing on Epis, at least during the last 15 years
we had seen some MiK Black Beautys around 2011 with Volute
and it seems standard on the new Classic T models
