Stay safe Jim! Somebody was telling me that Houston had 9 inches yesterday with 6 more expected today....that's biblical!

Not so exciting here today thankfully but a nice Autumn day of 26C or 82F.

When we get rain here in Texas lately is all or nothing. I heard 5 deaths in Houston so far.

Some schools were closed in the Austin area yesterday due to high water.

We have gotten almost a 1/2 in of rain so far this morning. Liquid sunshine, gotta love it.

Well we are expecting a little bit of rain here too, 10 to 20 mm, whereas 25.5mm = 1".

The morning is lovely (again) and it's been an excellent week of Autumn weather. There is a lot of smoke in the air from environmental burns and the sunset was blood red last night!

Our maximum today is expected to be 24C or about 78F, minimum is 13C. Rain this arvo apparently so I might get some mowing done before then.

Roughly 68f today, with a few drops of rain, but not enough to measure. Tonight cleared up, and tomorrow looks clear as well, but with a high in the low 60s
