19c here top today or 68F and that caps a week of unseasonably high Winter weather, more reminiscent of Autumn or Spring. I understand it's to do with the end of the current El Nino'

I'll be careful Rob. We hit 105F yesterday. Holly crap it was hot. So that's like 40.5C. How do you like them temps?

Yeah that's getting a bit warmish! Ni like here in Summer I guess.

Our weather has turned to crap and closer to what we expect in Winter @ 12C or 54F and wet! 38 days until Spring!!

I was seeing 104 to 105 all weekend here in Hutto. Heat indexes around 115-116. This has been brutal this year. Just like a few years ago when we had 96 days of 100+ days. Could we beat that record? I hope not...

I'm on holiday in Queensland, 3 days driving north of where I live and the temperature is great. 21c here almost every day which isnt bad for Winter. I'm sitting out in my PJ's still and am perfectly comfortable, surrounded by tropical plants and a riot of birds, it aint real bad!

Here in SE Queensland where we are holidaying its gonna be a beautiful Winter's day of 24C (78F).

Its 0730 and I'm sitting outside in my PJ's catching up on my correspondence, with a myriad of bird calls and parrots chattering all around me. There go some Kookaburras!

Its a lovely day and my mate Dave & I are intending to go fishing this morning while the girls do an art project.

A cooler day here in southern Queensland today, about 19C which is still a decent Winter temperature.

I was looking at going out on a fishing charter today but the forecast is for strong winds.
