It sure makes more sense than anything else I guess. Thanks! The cort built guitars I have are Korean. But I have played Asian guitars I like too. So I wouldn't be upset if this wasn't Korean. Or even a 97. I can't afford to be a snob. Lol. All guitars sound good on at least one song when ya trying them out in the store it seems lol. And that's why I don't think I've ever met a guitar I didn't like at least a little bit ☺

Absolutely... I once read a great interview with Jeff ‘Skunk’ Baxter where he talked of getting just the right sound that the incredibly fastidious Steely Dan were after on the solo for, if memory serves me correctly, ‘Reelin’ In The Years’ on some twenty buck pawn shop special...

Anyway, I really love my little DC Lester, & it has just served me very well on our latest track

I'd retire and goof around with this stuff all day, if I could ever get the electrics part of it down. Try as I might, I can't seem to master that one. But give me a jig saw and a sander.....

View attachment 6447 Found a really cool epiphone junior les paul double cutaway at the lgs and it followed me home. A fun guitar to play, always wanted one.
Anyway I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out what exactly I have if possible and not too much trouble. Search button View attachment 6447 didn't help me much.
It's a bolt neck, serial # is not on headstock, it's on neck plate. Search didn't turn up anything there for me. 500k pots, 22 frets, and mojo. I read 1997 was when it seemed to be made. But mines sunburst and I can't find another one for direct comparison.
Any info appreciated, and Thanks!
