Whenever this comes out in natural or vintage sunburst it might be NGD time for me. This one is the same color as my Hummingbird so I'll wait.

This is more like it, real Epiphones. The Wilshire over a Special for me. The Riviera looks great too. On the USA Casino the real difference will be in price. I hate the silver pickup covers and miss my ‘60 330. My days of spending big dollars on guitars are being me though, so it would be the Wilshire over all others.

American Music Supply removed all of these from their website. Hope Epiphone is still making them.

I wouldn't worry about that. The Epi 59 Les Paul has been on and off websites for pre-order all year and it seems like they are just now getting ready to actually be released. Not a question of if, but when.

The clean / overdrive sounds are pretty sweet, plus they come with a modern / vintage voicing switch as well as a "coil split" voicing.

The Purple Explorer thingy..... how to justify another new axe....

Andertons in the UK have a demo video of the Crestwood and Wilshire (they also mention the Coronet):

Prices on their website are:

Crestwood - £489
Wilshire - £399

Why Epiphone, why? Why are you doing this to my wallet?!? After a Les Paul 50s Goldtop and SG Standard Ebony, now I also need to have the ES-339 in Pelham Blue and the J-200......

At least from an Epiphone perspective, 2020 is great!
