Hello,
My name is Dennie.
I own 20 or so guitars from various manufactures. I have only one Epiphone and it’s an SJ200SCE. I bought it new at my local music store for $368.00.
It is a fabulous inexpensive guitar that sounds good acoustically but even better plugged in. I am amazed at the quality of it for such a low price. Some of my acoustic guitars cost from 5 to $7000 and it’s nice to know you can get a quality guitar from Epiphone on a budget.
I was so impressed with the SJ200SCV that I took a chance on ordering an Epiphone Excellente but that purchase did not work out and the guitar had to be sent back.
Hopefully I can find a good one later. If I do buy another Excellente I’ll let you know how it works out.

Thank you. I wasn’t planning to buy anything when I walked into my music store.
I just like to browse around mostly and see what’s new. The Epiphone caught my eye and after playing it I had to have it.
It is a very fun guitar to play.

Seems I misspoke about the SJ200SCE being my only Epiphone. I forgot that I also have an Epiphone Lucille. Not sure how I forgot about that.

I like the blues and play Lucille frequently against backing tracks. It’s a great guitar and a full on joy to play.

I have a very nice USA Fender Strat and a custom Koa figured top Les Paul Gibson that are both very good as well but gotta be truthful, I play the Epiphone Lucille more often because it’s just more fun to play.
