My good friend is a "MoPar or No Car" guy- he has a 1972 Dodge Challenger that he races and is slowly restoring. So I thought I'd build him a MoPar-themed guitar that he can hang in his shop or man cave.
Basswood body with an older MoPar parts & accessories logo print applied to a full-size pickguard, StewMac lipstick pickup, Fender Duo-Sonic bridge, and a roasted maple Tone Ninja neck.
I'm a BIG fan of these Tone Ninja necks; I get them from Sport HiTech on reverb.com or ebay (not affiliated). Nice wood, very clean construction (no tear out in the tuner holes), rosewood fretboards, and beautifully rounded frets with no visible tangs- $89 shipped! This is the second one I've used, and these are my go-to necks from now on.
