HNGD, Very nice! I'd love to get my hands on one of these some day myself as I've always thought they looked like a lot of fun. The matching headstock is a cool touch you don't get with many Epi's as well.

The first Coronet Epis with OBL pickups show up in the 95 Catalogs,
not earlier

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe a nighthawk neck?
I found a blog that had an image an description. and it says that the image was an early 1991 coronet with the 3 on a side tuners, and that the second editions switched to the 6 on a side tuners.

Thanks for lookin around for ideas on the Coronet. The information from so many sources is inconsistent. And of course , not having a serial number is a bad thing to start any identification. But I must note that I
did not see any serial numbers on the backs of similar Coronet 3-on-a-side headstocks. As a last effort, I will send some images to Epiphone , and see what they think. Thanks again to all.

That could be a 'sign' for them to be made in the early 90s when the Samick made Epis had stickers for the serial#...
