I adore my Masterbilt. Nicest playing guitar I've ever had, bar none. I would love to have the same neck profile on some Epiphone Electrics.

Yep, it was me :) Well I pulled one of the LP's of the chopping block today. I think I might add a Bigsby B7/Vibramate to the '56. I'm selling the Tribute maybe for a new amp. But if I got a new Epi, I would like this one, a MasterBilt:

Epi Les Paul Jr. TV Doublecut, because I'll never be able to afford a 1960
Gibson TV Jr....

Epi Korina Explorer - because my Flying V needs her sister!

I just missed out on a '57 TV yellow Jr last year and have been keeping my eye out for either the '57 or one of the DC - hopefully one pops up at some point.

Good luck, I know they're out there - I hope we both find 'em! :dude:

I'm just curious here, are you all after it because it's his signature of BMTH-Fame or because of the looks and the resembling features of an old Artist-Artisan Edition?
This guitar seems to be wildly sought and demanded and i can't bring myself to believe it's because of it's originator.

I figured I might finally weigh in on this topic after giving it some thought? There's a couple of Epi's I would love to have, one would be the Lee Malia, they're just damn pretty and apparently sound like they look. Second would be a really nice flamed Standard or Custom Elitist. But I think most of all would be some gorgeous Japanese laquer series LP. I don't know much, technically, about that market, but I know I've loved some of the ones that owners have posted and their descriptions. Almost made me fap!

I'd like an elitist. I actually put up a guitar for trade for one in a local classified but ended up trading for another guitar instead.

Also on my wish list

GT with P90's
Lee Mailia

Well I came into $200 that I didn't know I had. That G-400 might be that much closer, although now I'm thinking about a Les Paul.

Like most of us I guess, there are several that I'd love to own so it's hard to pick just one to head the list. It'll likely come down to which one presents the best opportunity but if I had to pick just one it would probably be an LP '59 Standard RI.

For some reason the Epi Studio LP in worn cherry is on my mind a lot lately. And I'm normally a fan of pickups without covers.

Do wish I could find a TV yellow Special with the P-90's.

I'd love one of these:

But it's totally out of my price range.

More likely this:

Or maybe this:

I used to have a natural finish Casino with a Birdseye maple body that was absolutely gorgeous, but I had to sell it to pay the rent. I'm really jonesing for a 335 style hollow or semi-hollow body style guitar right now.
