Credit is the way most people make luxury purchases today, be it guitars, golf clubs or ritzy vacations. If you have a reasonable income and decent credit score you can easily get a card with a $10k limit or so. Keep your score up and you can get this limit extended until you get into serious...
I finished this cigar box guitar build last night. I built the box and neck (25.5" scale) from oak and finished it with Minwax charred wood stain. The pickup is a MGB Mini Box Bucker 4.0. The Sinclair 'Dino' sign was bought on EBay.
I bought this 70's Epiphone FT-130 at a thrift store. It had a collapsed neck and warped back, essentially beyond worthwhile repair. These acoustics have bolt-on necks so I took the neck and attached it to a GFS closeout travel guitar body. I ended up with a nice little guitar I could take along...
Quick bio..
During college summers, toured as a roadie and backup musician/singer for a touring choir. Basically, I got to load and unload a lot of Peavey PA equipment and set it up and break it down. I'm not a good singer but standing around on stage smiling, essentially pretending to sing and...
In the past I used a number of multi-effects pedals but I've moved away from them. I found them to be too limiting in how you could configure the layout and combine effects. Also, on the ones that had amp and cabinet sims, I often found the tones produced were lacking. This was in the pre...
One of my in-laws recently tested positive for antibodies. He had a what he thought was a mild flu in early March. Interestingly enough, no one else in his immediate family who were around him while he was sick, about a dozen or so people, got sick at all. He suspects he picked up the virus at...

I got their Modulation Station for Christmas last year. It seems to be well built and does what it say it does but I'm not a fan of how it sounds on most settings.
You can find the same circuits for less money and in a smaller enclosure on eBay going by the CoolMusic brand.
I've bought a set as well as a set of Casino P90's. They seem legit, the specs seem to line up correctly and they sound decent enough. I suspect they may be extras or rejects from a OEM production run that someone bought (maybe at the back door of the factory) and they're selling them.
I have an Agile LP Jr DC style that I bought around 2005. While it was decently built with good parts, it was very heavy and sounded rather dull as compared to my Epiphone LP Jr.
I've also bought 3 of Rondo's less expensive SX guitars and I've been very happy with them.
Here's my 1998 LP Jr. I bought at Guitar Center that year. Made in Indonesia, bolt-on with a maple body and mahogany neck. Nice pickup, coming in below average for Epiphone bridge P90's at about 8.0.
