Hi all,
My name is Jukka, originally from Finland but have lived in the Bay Area for the past 20+ years. I had not done any playing for ever, but then came covid. So I dug out my gear, and went little crazy buying some more. I mean, browsing the internet for new gear is just about the most useful thing you can do while being stuck home. Right?
Here are my Epiphones:
Epiphone Royale collection, missing the Dot still. But they went out of production in 2010 so not easy to find, Have only seen one pearl white in Japan for crazy price. Though the Riviera and Les Paul are from 2010 as well, so the search for the Dot continues. Wildkat, Emperor Swingster, Les Paul Standard and Riviera.
Rest of the Epiphones: 1966 SG400 Pro (mfg 2008), Emperor Joe Pass, Les Paul Custom Pro, Les Paul ES Pro hollow body, Les Paul Studio, Les Paul Special II, Les Paul Junior (will be a likely project guitar), Les Paul SL (definite project, new pickups, tuners, nut to be done when time allows. Was only $60 and I think the all yellow looks funny). Wilshire 1966 Reissue and finally ES125TDC George Thorogood signature model also known as White Fang. I was huge Thorogood fan in my teens. The snake decal did not come with the guitar. New ones have it and you can put it on and remove at will. And then Thunderbird IV bass. Always wanted one, but can never afford the Gibson one. Epiphone has done a great job as the sound is so close.
Looking forward to chatting with you guys!
