Traded a Squier Tele and a old Squier Strat for this one. Someone changed two pots and now stock knobs don't fit. I will be upgrading all the innards so not a problem for me. Love it!

I like studios. If I was to get a Les Paul, it could very well be a studio. Are the body on these thinner than the regular LP ? What's the weight like ?

I think the body is about the same thickness, if any just a bit thinner. Mine is a rather light Les Paul... it weighs about the same as my strat (a rather heavy strat lol). I really love my studio, they dont make VS anymore, it plays beautifully. Im curious to see how itd sound with a couple of gibson pups on it... may be someday.

GEEZ !
Incredible collection AND beautiful photography !

Thanks! Some of those pix are pretty old and need to be updated, but I think you can get the general idea from them. :)

I've had some of them for quite a while now and they are still as awesome as the day I got 'em! The Sheptones were one of the first sets of boutique pickups I got (about 5 years ago) and they were all the rage at the time. They are mighty fine pickups... much better than the stock 50SR/60ST set that comes in the Elitists, but I like some of the others better and with Spence's current track record I'm not sure I would buy another set at this point. :dunno:
