Oh you guys and your fancy store bought guitars. why back in my day we could build a guitar out of old chevy parts and broken wine bottles!
Here we go...total cost 120$

talking about the brown one on the left.

I had that neck for years.. have a few in fact. and a guy needed a tele neck. sold it to him for 50$ with tuners, installed.
he found out a month or more later that a fret was loosening.
He brought it back and yelled at me for it.. as if I knew in the first place, which neither of us predicted.
Anyway. I got pissed about that, because I've never tried to rip anyone off..

So I bought a wish dot com tele body.
warning: LOOK at the weight. they are very light!

and I used old parts. I also bought a skull thingy.

this is neck heavy. like an sg. so it's a bit of a drag standing up until you get used to it.
I did the blue one years ago with all premium stuff.
the brown one is unfinished in the above pic. it's done now.

I would be proud to play either one of those; nicely done!

The carving is very detailed and the upper part of the waist follows the cowboy's right arm. Haven't seen bullet hole fret markers before.

WOW! I don't know if I'd want that - but as a lifelong cowboy-movie aficionado, I do love it!!!
Most excellent!
Ya I've only seen 2 other ones like it and they sold for around 1500 . Mine is a little different was rewired with new parts and a single coil tap. Removed the Floyd style tuners and bridge. Herman
