I had not considered one until I saw a recent post and watched some Youtubes, but now I am gassing for a Danelectro 12 string! But before I get that I'm thinking about a MMOfV (Make My Own flying V) with Dirty Fingers pups.

That would be glorious.

Lately I've been gassing for an older Gibson Explorer. Maybe I am having a midlife crisis!
I just realized that I am gassing for an older Explorer too (mini humbuckers)! More importantly, I've discovered a I have a Pavlovian G.A.S. attack for virtually every guitar anyone mentions. I need to open a music store where nothing is for sale!

At home.
Might be picking up an Alvarez MD60 tomorrow. All solid wood - One piece neck - Grovers - Top: Hand Selected, AA grade, Solid Sitka Spruce - Back & Sides: Solid Mahogany - as new - less than £200, don't want it, can't play it but can't help it....

Title says it all.....
Tell us what (non Epi) guitar you're planning to buy next
and why you need it so bad....

pics would be nice :D

I'm on the fence I'm seriously thinking about getting the 1961 Epiphone inspired by Gibson SG or the Harmony H620 tube amp but, I'm more then likely going to get this T style from Schector https://www.zzounds.com/item--SCESVSSPTFRS?siid=277095 as it has a sustainer and a floyd rose with 22 frets.

I've been looking at a Framus D-series Diablo Supreme and a Gibson Explorer, but it will probably be a little while before i buy another guitar. Having bought 7 guitars last year i think it's probably best to play the ones i have for a bit before buying another one.

Edit: I would also like to have a Monteleone, i would need to win a couple of lotteries for that to happen though.. Those seem to start at around $35000.. and some going well over $200000..

I posted these photos in the Epiphone Sheraton Coupe thread, but while I have the site open...

The Ibanez George Benson is a hollow body with minibuckers that are mounted to the pick guard. If you gave me $699 (plus tax) and held a gun* to my head, I would buy this one. It's a 14" (lower bout) hollow body with minibuckers that are mounted to the pickguard.

* it could be a water gun, a nerf gun, or just your index finger.
