I've posted a pic of my electrics before but here's my acoustic. It's a Masterbilt. I'm not sure what year it was made or what model it is since it was a gift from my guitar teacher when I started playing but I love it. It sounds amazing and plays great after getting a pro setup recently.
In a weird turn of events I woke up today and picked it up and the buzz was almost minimal. I slightly raised the bridge on the bass side and now it's totally gone. I don't know what's going on, glad it's not buzzing right now but it's kinda weird how it was just gone basically.
There bridge is pretty low because I like it that way. Even with the low action it wasn't this way before a few weeks ago and was fine after the neck was adjusted until yesterday. We've had some crazy weather changes lately so maybe that could have effected the neck?
There's a slight buzz when they're open and it's more noticeable when I'm actually playing something. I also just remembered when restringing it the other day I left it sitting on my bed for about 15 minutes and the neck probably didn't have enough support and there was a string I hadn't put...
Ok so I made a thread about this on that other site but I guess I wasn't really clear about wanting help and didn't get many responses. Anyway I have a T+ I bought a few months ago from Sweetwater. Plays great, sounds great, and looks sweet. Only problem is a few weeks ago I started having fret...
So I've been doing some searching lately for Elitists and I've found this one online that appears to be in good shape. I didn't think any Elitists had open coil pickups so I'm not sure if they're stock which is how I'd prefer to buy one. Anyone who knows more about these models have some advice...
So I was in a local shop yesterday picking up some strings and I was going through the Epi section and I saw a brand new Cherryburst(only color for the V1 I think?) 1960 V1. It looked great, although probably could use a good cleaning I guess it's been sitting there for a while. No major flaws...
If GC does go under hopefully it works out that the smaller stores can sell Epis/Gibsons again. There are some really good local stores where I live but only one is able to sell Gibsons, and none of them carry new Epis.
These are my two Epi LPs. I also have an Epi Masterbilt acoustic but I didn't want to go get it out of the case haha.
The one on the left is Tribute Plus I just bought around a month ago. It sounds amazing with those Gibson 57s. You can get so many tones out of just messing with the pickups...
