Rained all night and we are back to winter today with a max expected temp of 17c. More rain today apparently.
I'm guessin' that we had a couple of inches. So do I go into town and put new blades for my zero turn & fit 'em? (Bugger of a job) Or do I sand back the decking on my boat and repaint it?
Both jobs can be done in the shed out of the rain.
Either way I will defrost some beef this morning and make a beef, bacon & onion pie for tea I think.
I have not been through this thread since the few first posts. Can't believe you got 28 pages of sun, clouds, cold, warmth, rain, snow, etc !
Here's what I got on the road, coming back from windsurfing on Lake Champlain in New York this morning. Water is now officially too cold for my old bare feet (10°C/50°F). Season is over. It's been three hours since I got out of the water and my toes are still cold. But it was worth it. What a great sport !
I'm taking myself to the market in the park looking for some moccasins! I wear them as slippers and was devastated when my last pair wore through and I had to chuck them! Gael is still doing an art workshop today so I can take my time and browse the delicacies on offer there as well!!!
Raining and in the 50s the last few days. It'll be about like this through Saturday and Sunday should be 60s and sunny. I'm just going to ignore the fact that a friend said they saw snowflakes
Watched a friend run at the state cross country meet today... It was constant downpour all day. The high was 45f. Times were consistently 30 seconds slower than normal for just about everyone running today. Even if it was cold and rainy, it was a good day! And definitely could have been colder
