Funny, with my 2007 Epiphone LPC, I dropped in a Dimarzio Evolution in the bridge , with a Seymour Duncan Screamin Demon in the neck position after I took them out of my 1974 Gibson LPC. Then I decided to drop back in my Dragonfire Alnico 5 Screamer and drop the stock 8.7k ohm Alnico 5...- AJ6stringsting

The humidity is almost as bad as Texas. My Father was from Lawton, Oklahoma ( yup, he was Comanche), I still got Family in the Lawton, Fort Sill and Anadarko area. I have Family in Tulsa, Shawnee and Oakhurst.- AJ6stringsting

Dropping down a tone…
On my my 25.5 length guitars, I use 10, 13, 17, 26, 36, 46 , but on my 24.75 Gibson V or Epiphone LPC, I use 11, 14, 18, 28, 38, 52 to get the same feeling. But if I have to down tune, I use my RP-12's or use the Whammy Pedal on my Digitech 2112 .- AJ6stringsting

Question regarding "bridge replacement"...
I got three Wilkinson Roller Bridges; for a 1974 Gibson LPC ( sold it), 1971 Gibson Flying-V and my 2007 Epiphone LPC. The common ABR bridge didn't go far enough to solve an intonation problem that I had on the V's A string or Epiphone's G string ..... Problem solved !!!!- AJ6stringsting

Don't let the name of the brand fool you, it's the sound of the pickup that matters most. I took out a Seymour Duncan Screamin Demon from the neck position of my 2007 Epiphone LPC and put in the stock pickup, blended in much better with an Dragonfire Alnico 5 Vintage Screamer much better.- AJ6stringsting
