Yesterday was beautiful. Mid 80's. I cut the grass and built a platform for my new miter saw. Today's high 91. Going to be running the A/C again.

Still sleeping with only a sheet (if that) and have been for 6 months now. Eating outside at night 5/7 nights but that will drop off soon as the nights cool and daylight savings ends.

Cold here yesterday and raining all day! Slept with some covers last night. Sign of things to come.

Speaking of showers:
Bloke sees an opportunity to make a killing on second hand auto parts so he charters a freight plane a flies to China to do a deal. Loads the plane up and flying back across the Australian outback, the left engine on the plane coughs and shuts down!! Co-Pilot says "This is serious we have to lighten the plane or we're going down!"
Bloke chucks half his boxes of spare parts out the door and plane stops struggling.
Meanwhile in Bandiwallop on the fringes of the desert there is a tremendous racket as auto parts come crashing down around Ma & Pa's house! "Pa, what's that awful racket says Ma?"
Pa goes out to have a look and comes in to say "It's alright Ma, it's raining "Datsun Cogs!"

I'm seeing 64 for Saturday. Big drop anyway you look at it. The A/C for a few days then it's cool again. Gotta love TX..
