oops. don't know how I duplicated those pics. just saying.. possibly again? I love these chinese bigsby copies.. I had the black bigsby b700 now I have the chrome clone.. they both work perfectly. I have a little pinch at the nut for the B string on the sheraton, otherwise they both tune great and stay there. oops here's a strat. (clone)

Blondy has a toggle the whammy bar just hides it a bit.
I did remove two pots though. it has one vol one tone.
Ok here we go.
Imperial Tuner buttons added to the stock tuners.
bone nut.
Kent Armstrong humbuck size single coils.
(I've had four sets of pups on this before I finally found my sound!)
reworked all the electronics (hard to do on a sheraton) and new pots
mallory tone cap new switch.
dunlop straplocks.
chinese bigsby.
marshall style amp knobs.
I made the guard and truss rod cover. I have them original, and I made them in tortoise also.

the epiphone les paul studio
I got this on sale and I really expected to turn it over but wow!
chinese locking tuners. (I've used these ever since I tried one set.. I use
them on almost all my guitars, acoustic or electric)
bone nut.
I sanded the gloss off the finish.. but, I didn't disassemble it, so it's shabby up close.
still. I love the look and whenever I fix the first problem (electronics) I'll disassemble it and do it up right.
as is, I like the look much better.
the back of the neck from below the headstock to the heel has no finish. smooth as glass, too.
GFS 12 pole humbuck in the neck. got it on a trade, loved it.
Kent Armstrong 12 pole humbuck in the bridge.
Roller bridge.
chinese whammy.
dunlop strap locks.
and some chinese knobs that look a little fendery but I like 'em for that.
I made the guard and truss rod cover.. it's aluminum. also I made the little piece that covers the
tailpiece hole on the low e side of the whammy.

the two switches were originally for humbuck series humbuck parallel and single coil.
but the damn switches went flooey on me .. me or them? I dunno.
anyway I have to fix that. and I'll finish the look when I get that done.

that lp studio has almost no action.. it's really fast.

I can't leave stuff alone. I build my own amps, too.

..

If you ever get a SG, don't put them on that one, you'll hate the neck dive.

While I can't speak for whatever brand of Chinesium locking tuners TWANG prefers, I can state for a fact that locking tuners don't automatically equate to extra neck dive when it comes to SG's. The licensed Grovers I took off weighed as much as the U.S. made lockers I installed if not more.
